Mike Monk, CEO
Mike Monk founded Alpha Dog Marketing in June of 2005. He has spent the past 31 years -- his entire career -- in the direct marketing arena helping non-profit organizations raise the funds and awareness needed to accomplish their missions. For the last eleven years, Mike has specialized in servicing Animal Welfare organizations. His strategic solutions have helped many local Humane Societies and SPCAs increase public awareness while building long-term donor relationships.
Mike received his degree in marketing and business from the University of Nebraska. He is a frequent speaker at direct marketing and non-profit events.
Mike is a member of the Society of Animal Welfare Administrators (SAWA), the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), and the Association of Fund Raising Professionals (AFP). He serves on the board of directors of the Nebraska Amateur Softball Association.
Mike enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, loves to travel…and enjoys an occasional round of golf.
